After retiring from 42 years of corporate management technology and sales positions with major Banking Insurance and Mortgage Banking companies in the Philadelphia region I wanted a second career that would provide me the opportunity to utilize my management planning technology sales and relationship skills. A neighbor who was a realtor suggested that I apply for a real estate license. She felt my background and interpersonal skills would be assets in a realtor profession. That was in 2003 and since then I have had a very rewarding and successful second career as a realtor. In 2002 my wife Eileen and I relocated from Doylestown to the newly constructed Traditions at Skippack active adult community in Collegeville. As a new resident I decided to become active in the community by joining several committees to support the community and meet new friends. After several years as a result of my committee work I was elected to the Board of Directors for the community and shortly after became the president of the board for 4 years. As a result of the many relationships I have cultivated in the community the majority of the listings and sales have been with several active adult communities in the area. My clients in these communities have been a great source of referrals to their friends and families for other traditional real estate properties such as condominiums town homes and single family residences. With all my clients my goal to to provide exceptional service in every facet of the sale and purchase process. I also stress proactive communications with my clients to keep them actively informed through out the listing and sale processes. I am looking forward to a continued succesfull career with my team at Realty ONE Group Restore.
