Dan launched his Real Estate career right after graduating from the University of Delaware's School of Business in 2004. Dan joined Century 21 Alliance real estate office and he was a top producing agent in his first year earning him rookie of the year award. His consistent success led to an invitation in 2008 to become a managing partner in two successful Century 21 Alliance offices where he remained as an expert advisor & managing partner until 2014 when the company was acquired by Long and Foster. Dan remained with Long and Foster and was one of the top producing agent for 5 successive years (2015 - 2019). Dan is licensed as an Realtor in PA, MD & DE and is dedicated to customer service. Dan brings over 19 years of experience in residential & commercial real estate excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard listen and follow through with his clients. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
