getting to know all the families she's worked with and maintaining those relationships; she finds
that most of her business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
As a lifetime resident of Chester County Julie has been a consistent top producing agent
achieving many sales awards in multiple categories. Specializing in residential resale new
construction site agent and corporate relocation Julie now adds the title of Co-Owner of Realty
One Group Advisors. Her Real Estate designations include GRI (Graduate Real Estate
Institute) CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and

Julie has been married for more than 30 years to her husband Mark and is the proud mom to ?
her son Mark both of which have been very active in Boy Scouts. The Combs family's
hobbies include golfing boating board games and spending time with each other and their
extended families. She currently serves on the Vestry of her church has been a director for the
Chester County Association of Realtors and has served on her local zoning hearing board.
