I hold a bachelor’s degree and the ABR®, CLHMS™, and SRS professional designations. I also specialize in relocation, divorce, and probate real estate. During my career, I owned and operated a RE/MAX franchise, title company, and mortgage modification company. This broad experience gives me a comprehensive understanding of real estate sales, financing, settlement services, and the challenges that can arise during a transaction.
My philosophy is simple: I never do less for my clients than I would do for myself or my own family. Through education, consistent communication, personalized guidance, and exceptional service, I work tirelessly to achieve the best possible price, terms, and overall outcome.

Before real estate, I worked in physical therapy and medical facility administration. I’m also an author, a lifelong fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast, and the proud father of three grown children—my greatest accomplishment.
