Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. Shawn attended Father Judge High School and Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation Shawn entered the corporate finance sector working in mutual funds and client relations. In 2000 Shawn started his own company in the hospitality sector where he successfully built his company to over a million dollars valuation before selling it to focus full time on Real Estate.
Much like the hospitality business Shawn enjoys helping people achieve their dream of owning a home of their own and starting the journey to true financial independence.
