Education and good communication are key, which you will see through the whole process when working with me! I offer complimentary staging assistance, if requested, and I have worked with many clients who are downsizing, upsizing, first time homebuyers, those working with a tight budget, or a very specific 'wants' list and I am great at identifying new construction, land or an investment property that is just right! I am accessible to my clients and respond to them quickly. I offer my clients experience and advanced education in the selling and buying processes. I have my Certified Negotiation Expert Certification and always interact with professionalism, honesty and creativity when needed. I am a loyal family member with a husband and four sons, and many friends and relatives in the area, having been born and raised in Harleysville and currently living in Schwenksville, I love to give back to the community and my office where I teach real estate to fellow agents, mentor new agents & serve on the One Leadership Council. I also serve on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee Feedback Panel to affect change with the documents that we use every day as Realtors. Customer service is my #1 priority, and I love 'bulletproofing' my clients' transactions to assure a smooth process from before listing the property or house-hunting, until after closing.
